A note from the team.

Most of us have tried apps, gyms, and YouTube programs. They work — until they don't. The thing that finally makes fitness stick is almost never the app, the program, or the equipment. It's a person.

GetMomentum exists because we want that person to be available to anyone, anywhere — without the cost and friction of traditional in-person training.
